We hired Mr. Lutes to renovate our condo in downtown Edmonton in 2019. He was professional, courteous, on time and on budget. He worked with us to accommodate our requests and was great to deal with when there was an issue with a counter top installation, ensuring the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
Mr. Lutes was adept at scheduling with our condo board, adhering to the long list of rules around access to the building and permissible renovation hours. The challenge of limited access to the unit made his on-time completion even more impressive.
The renovation he completed included the following elements: replacement of all flooring, replacement of kitchen and bathroom counters, painting the entire condo, replacing all the lighting, hanging kitchen shelves, and replacement of baseboards and casings.
The condo looks beautiful and we are very happy with his work. We would recommend him without hesitation. Above all, we found Mr. Lutes honest in his dealings with us.

When we first purchased our new home, our main bathroom was in a rough state. My wife and I decided that it needed some love right away to make the home livable.
